10th EPR school – 22^nd to the 26^th of June 2026 – Obernai

The next EPR summer school organized by the French EPR association which will be held in June 2026 from the 22^nd to the 26^th in Obernai. This event will cover various aspects of EPR spectroscopy including fundamentals principles, data analysis and practical applications. Lectures and tutorials will be given during 5 half-days complemented by a full day with practical work in nearby laboratories at the Institut of chemistry of Strasbourg at POMAM laboratory. Finally, poster sessions and a flash presentations are included in the school program.

Travel information

The EPR school will be hosted at VVF Plaine d’Alsace in Obernai at about 30 km from Strasbourg. The address is the following :

Travel to Obernai train station :

By train : National and international trains arrive at Strasbourg train station. From there, a regional train (TER) runs frequently with a travel time of approximately 30-40 min. You can reserve train tickets here
By plane : the closest airport is Strasbourg international airport (SXB). From there, Obernai can be reached directly by train with a travel time of approximatively 30 min.

Travel to VVF from train station :

Take bus A from the train station to Camping an get of at the final stop. Alternatively, can be reached on foot in less than 30 minutes. You can also contact us, we wil try to arrange a shuttle.

Fee and payment information

The fee includes accomodation and all meals from Monday to Friday noon.

Academic : 560€
Student / Postdoc : 460€
Non-academic (industry) : 1000€

It will be possible to pay by Credit card or bank transfert (french purchase order).

Registration includes one bed in a room for four people.
A limited number of single rooms is available for academic and non-academic people with an extra cost of 150€ . This extra cost has to be paid separately once on site (bank transfer or french cheque, no credit card).

The number of participants is limited to 60 people : first come, first served.
